- How long will it take to get my order?

In most cases, we will dispatch the orders in 1 - 3 days. And it will take an additional 7 - 14 days to delivery.


- How can I track my order?

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 3 business day, please contact us at cs@crowz.com


- What is your returns policy?

You can return any item for a refund, within 14 days of receiving your original order. If you’d like a refund for your goods but you can’t return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.


- How do I return something to you?

Please go to our returns center and submit a return request. You can also contact us at cs@crowz.com for returns.


- Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?

We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. If you need a different size or color of an item, then you'll need to place a new order.
